I got all the way to uninstalling my USB Host Controllers. I uninstalled my USB ports and now I can't use any I/O device to log into or even enter safemode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now if I could just figure out how to stop Windows Update from updating these drivers, the fix could be permanent.
