Random BSOD With ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe Motherboard

I've run memtest overnight, checked the disk with the windows tool, run registry cleaner, prime95, checked temperature etc. It all started AFTER I set up RAID 1 on 2 HDDs recently purchased. I'm guessing the OS drive, if it was a data drive I dont think it would crash. I am going to have a check around on the Internet tomorrow to see if there is any software provided by OCZ to analyse drive health and the likes. Check This Out
