I've tired my very best to fix it with driver updates/ uninstall reinstall and part swapping but I was unable to... I'm certain I disabled driver verifier, so seeing that code has me a little confused. I ran "Find and fix Windows Update Problems" to be sure all was good, it fixed a few things.
