Do I understand correctly that your prblem now is with El Capitan 10.11.1 and not with the preview pane in mail anymore? But thank you so much for your help and patience! They all work fine with the video card.

I contacted Microsoft and spent 4+ hours with them this morning to no avail. They dont use it, they dont know how to use it, it doesnt work because its not registered, but it is for some reason allowing them to preview the files before I will have IT install Solidworks on that machine. have a peek at these guys Their liable to break it again anyway.

I enable Preview Pane, and the same thing... I disabled classic view and sure enough my preview window is back! I have also checked on the >> > "show >> > preview handlers" under the folder properties. Is there a way to enable previews without having to have solidworks on the machines?Both machines are just basics, running windows 7 64bit.
