my computer is stuck on a 1 minute lock screen timer. Currently I have a setting of "Do not display the lock screen" in mine. I'd also expect the restore option to work 100% with no issues from an sfc scan. it's just a stupid little lock screen. Source

Funny thing is, I've noticed it as well, but never really looked into a solution. It is as if... It works using the lock screen so I made a shortcut to it and now it resides on my start menu and on my quick launch bar.
